In order to make our motto a reality, whilst building up our own fleet capacity, Fast Forward has an extensive logistical network, used when demand outstrips supply but also to get correct (end) destination information about road conditions, safety and documentation requirements.

Due to extensive in-house knowledge we can advise the customer about any transport requirement, in order to achieve the right type of transport combination against the correct price.

Our management experience spans more than 10 years in East Africa, and during that period various goods of all shapes and sizes were safely transported over tarmac but also across mud-trails in the most isolated of area’s and always to the satisfaction of our customers.

In the case of extremely hard to reach destinations or out of normal dimension goods we will do dry-run destination to destination trips. Meaning before the customer’s cargo is actually loaded we perform a dry run trip with a passenger vehicle to inspect the difficulty of the route like; bad road conditions, steep inclinations or descends height and width limitations etc.

Quality logistics is not only about “quality vehicles” but on top of that about quality operators (drivers), good logistical planning in combination with choice of route, good management, good internal and external communications, and listening to the customer’s needs.
